    Today, I'm going to tell you how to make kimchi!

    It is a food that is seasoned and fermented with spices.



    First, shall we find out the ingredients needed for making kimchi? 



    To make kimchi, we need cabbage, salt, mirin, onions, green onions, and thoughts


    Finally, we need red pepper powder, an important ingredient that cannot be left out.


    Next, let's learn the order of making kimchi!



    1. Wash cabbages 


     


    Wash the cabbage thoroughly. Shake off the water and slice the knee part slightly to make it sprinkle with salt.




    2. Salting / Sneezing / Washing salt 


     


    Salting | Sprinkle salt between the leaves of a cabbage. At this time, be careful to sprinkle salt evenly.


    If you use new cabbage, sprinkle more salt in the center.


    Sneeze (pickle) | Sprinkle the cabbage with salt and leave for 4-6 hours

    5. Save / Cook 



     

    Press the cabbage mixed with the seasoning in a storage container.


    The stored kimchi is aged at room temperature for days to weeks.
